2. Services Provided

Psychic readings and intuitive hypnosis sessions are designed to provide guidance, relaxation, and support for personal growth.

3. Client Responsibility

4. Recorded Sessions and Downloadable Meditations

Safety: Do not listen to downloadable audio while driving or operating machinery.

Recorded sessions are provided exclusively for the client's use. These recordings may not be copied, shared, or distributed in any form without prior consent.
Downloadable Meditations: All downloadable meditations are the intellectual property of Coach Teresa and are protected by copyright and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed in any manner.

5. Legal Age and Consent

By participating in services provided by Coach Teresa, clients confirm that they are:

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Teresa shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or injury, whether direct or indirect, arising from participation in any psychic reading, hypnosis session, or use of audio downloads.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for sessions and recordings must be made in advance via the accepted payment methods.
Cancellation with 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Late cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice): no refund will be issued, and the session fee will be forfeited.
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will also result in a loss of funds for that session.

8. Agreement to Terms

By engaging in any service provided by Coach Teresa, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms, including the Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability.

9. Amendments

Coach Teresa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically.
