My Story

I have always been deeply sensitive, navigating a world that often feels overwhelming. Loud noises startle me, strong smells can make me ill, and chemicals—often odorless—can trigger unexpected headaches or irritability. I see and sense things others cannot, which makes daily life and travel especially challenging. Over time, I’ve adapted and learned to embrace what I call “being a sensitive.”

These sensitivities have shaped my journey, helping me navigate the challenges of being a sensitive while embracing the unique gifts it brings.

How It All Began

As a child, I struggled with sleep and often escaped into a vivid fantasy world. School was difficult—I felt inadequate, lacked confidence, and faced learning challenges. Despite these struggles, I had an innate desire to learn, even though traditional methods didn’t come easily to me.

My grandmother, the family matriarch, profoundly shaped my early life. She was the heart of our family—diligent, disciplined and endlessly curious. A talented teacher, poet and gardener, she embodied strength, kindness and was a devout Christian. My grandfather was a hardworking farmer with a quick wit and exceptional wisdom about the natural world. He'd take us fishing and would sing an unlearnable nonsensical song that my siblings and I loved to hear. His passing during my childhood left a deep void, but his visits in Spirit comforted and guided me, marking the start of my intuitive journey.

Being a 'Sensitive'

She was the heart of our family—diligent, disciplined, and endlessly curious. A talented teacher, poet, and gardener, she embodied strength, kindness and was a devout Christian. My grandfather was a hardworking farmer with a quick wit and exceptional wisdom about the natural world. He'd take us fishing and sang a unlearnable nonsensical song that my siblings and I loved to hear. His passing during my childhood left a deep void, but his visits in Spirit comforted and guided me, marking the start of my intuitive journey.

My Growth as a Psychic

Life brought its share of challenges: an abusive marriage, single motherhood, and navigating new roles when I remarried. In upstate New York, I supported my husband’s passion for racing while managing the finances of our business. During this period, I began experiencing unexplainable spiritual phenomena, which led me to pursue a formal psychic education rooted in my faith in God.

The word "psychic" is often misunderstood, with many assuming it conflicts with Christian or other religious beliefs. However, the two are not mutually exclusive; it is entirely possible to embrace both. To me, being psychic simply means being a highly sensitive individual. It’s about perceiving and interpreting subtle energies and has nothing to do with opposing or replacing my spiritual beliefs. For me, it’s vital to integrate my sensitivity with my faith, ensuring that my work always aligns with the highest good of others.

I continued seeking answers, becoming a licensed Hypnotist, Transformational Breath Coach, and student of traditional Feng Shui. While balancing a full-time job, I immersed myself in motivational teachings, striving to build the confidence I longed for.

My Spirtitual Healing Work

Years later, my husband’s battle with cancer forced us to transform our lives. The pandemic added strain, prompting me to disconnect from social media and focus inward. Sleepless nights of meditation and healing work revealed how much I needed to nurture myself. I reconnected with my heart, higher self, and nature—turning my rental property into My Healing Home, a peaceful retreat for others who are sensitive like me.

All of these experiences made me realize the profound interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and spiritual healing and how essential they are to achieving true and complete health. My mission in life became clear: while these elements are often seen as separate, true wellness emerges when we integrate them as one. This holistic approach not only enhances overall well-being but also complements traditional healing methods by encouraging greater vulnerability and openness, fostering deeper growth and transformation. As I embraced my sensitivities, my confidence returned, and casual conversations about hypnosis reminded me of my calling to help others heal. I began offering hypnosis sessions, guiding individuals to unlock their inner wisdom and achieve meaningful healing.

Today, I integrate these experiences to support others. I use hypnosis techniques to create custom audios for healing, combining visualization, belief and light energy to release fear, pain and trauma.

Stepping out of my comfort zone, I’m here to share my journey and help you reconnect with your intuition, self-love and purpose. You are worthy of your own love and respect, and honoring your divine spark can unlock the unique gifts you’re meant to share.

Together, we’ll explore mindfulness and transformative practices to help you shift your thoughts and rediscover the magic of life. It’s my honor to walk this path with you, guiding and cheering you on as you step into your full power.
