What Happens During the Realignment Session? Reviewing Your Progress: We’ll revisit the goals from your former hypnosis session and discuss any changes or improvements you’ve noticed. This helps identify what’s working well and what might need extra attention. Identifying Obstacles: If you’ve faced challenges or feel stuck, we’ll explore those barriers and uncover the subconscious patterns that might be holding you back. Resetting Your Focus: Together, we’ll refresh your intentions, clarify your goals, and set a clear direction to reignite your momentum. Personalized Support: This session provides tailored strategies and techniques to help you stay on track, whether through reinforcement of past work or a slight shift in focus to meet your evolving needs.
